KIEV, Feb. 14 – New excise stamps with three-level counterfeit-proof protection will be introduced for locally produced and imported alcohol and tobacco in Ukraine starting on April 1.

According to A Cabinet resolution, the Income and Tax Ministry has been tasked to ensure that new excise stamps be produced before March 20, and their sale be launched in keeping with the established procedure.
