LIMASOL, Oct. 21 -- Moody's Investors Service announced it has upgraded to D- from E+ the Financial Strength Rating (FSR) of the State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine (Ukreximbank), reads a Moody's press release.

The bank's long-term and short-term deposit ratings remain unchanged at B2 and Not-Prime, respectively. The outlook for all ratings is stable.
