KIEV, Feb. 11 - Ukrainian ferrous metal exports fell 19% year-on-year in January to $1.152 billion, the State Customs Service said.
The State Customs Service said that ferrous metals generated 22.47% of the country's export revenue in January this year, down from 26.99% in the same month last year.
Ferrous metal export revenue was $1.095 billion in December 2012 and $1.424 billion in January 2012.
Ukraine imported $116.986 million in ferrous metals in January 2013, down from $171.497 million in January 2012 and $153.025 million in December 2012.
