ASHGABAT, Feb. 11 - Altcom Road Construction (Donetsk), part of the Altcom financial and industrial group, is to design and build some transport and communications infrastructure facilities in Turkmenistan.

Turkmenistan's President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has signed the corresponding resolutions. The documents have been published in the main newspapers of the country.
