MOSCOW, Oct. 20 - The Voronezh aircraft plant that is set to manufacture Russian-Ukrainian Antonov An-148 regional jets in series, will sign a license agreement with the aircraft??™s developer, Kiev??™s Antonov aircraft research and technical corporation, a source in the Russian defense industry told Interfax-Military News Agency.

"A license agreement will be signed between the developer and the manufacturer to provide the project with a legal status," he said.
