KIEV, Feb. 1 – Ukraine’s presidential administration says it has not seen an official claim from Russia's Gazprom regarding the payment of $7 billion for gas Ukraine failed to import last year under its 2009 contract terms.

"I haven't seen an official claim… If there is no claim, then there is no official position on it," presidential foreign relations adviser Andriy Honcharuk he told a press briefing in Kiev.

Honcharuk specified that personally he has not seen such a claim.
