KIEV, Jan. 30 – The possibility of creating a State Development Bank on the basis of an operating financial institution has not been discussed by the government, Economic Development and Trade Minister Ihor Prasolov said.

"I think that we'll discuss the issue in detail in future, but initially we're not considering the creation of the bank or establishing the bank on the basis of an existing one. It's likely that it will be a newly created bank," he said at a briefing on Wednesday.
