KIEV, Jan. 30 – The Energy and Coal Industry Ministry plans that within one month the extraction of shale gas by Chevron on the Oleske field will be agreed with the local authorities and explanations will be presented to the public, Minister Eduard Stavytsky said.

"I expect that we'll work with local communities, find understanding and all the required funds so no questions regarding the environment aspect and financing of the field development arouse," he said at a press conference in Kiev on Wednesday.
