KIEV, Jan. 30 - The Ukrainian government expects to reach an agreement on paying United Energy Systems of Ukraine's (UESU) debt to the Russian Defense Ministry by installments, Justice Minister Oleksandr Lavrynovych said.

"The national budget lacks the full sum to fulfill this ruling and all the others concerning the fulfillment of court rulings, and therefore it is obvious that there need to be agreements on at least stretching this procedure out," Lavrynovych said at a news conference in Kiev on Wednesday.
