KIEV, Oct. 19 - Naftogaz Ukrayiny, the national oil and gas company, will next year to increase 33% capacity of its oil refinery, Shebelinka, to 2 million metric tons annually, Naftogaz chairman Oleksiy Ivchenko said.

The upgrade, which will also seek to improve efficiency of the refinery, is aimed at increasing production of petroleum products to run Naftogaz??™s chain of gasoline stations, Ivchenko said.
