KIEV, Oct. 19 ??“ Euro Finance Ltd., which controls six Ukrainian scrap metal collection companies, is planning to invest $300 million in the construction of a mini steel mill in Bila Tserkva (Kiev region), Euro Finance Ltd. Vice President Valentyn Makarenko said.

The annual capacity of the new facility is expected to be one million tons of metal products.
