KIEV, Jan. 8 – Ukrtransgaz, the operator of the gas transportation system of Ukraine (GTS), and Ukrgazvydobuvannia, the country's largest gas producer, in late 2012 completed their reorganization from subsidiaries of Naftogaz Ukrayiny into public joint-stock companies, according to official documents that have been sent to Interfax-Ukraine.
In particular, Ukrgazvydobuvannia is mentioned as a public joint-stock company in the resolution of the National Commission on Energy Regulation on approval of prices for natural gas extracted by the company dated December 27.
Ukrtransgaz, in turn, was indicated as a PJSC in the posting on the signing of an agreement with Grant Thornton Legis LLC (Kiev) on the Public Procurement portal on January 3.
