KIEV, Jan. 4 – Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has ordered the State Property Fund to settle the claim of the trade union of ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih (Dnipropetrovsk region) regarding the fulfillment of liabilities by the owner and observation of Ukrainian law.

Chairman of the Trade Union of Metallurgists and Miners of Ukraine, Volodymyr Kazachenko, told Interfax-Ukraine that information from the cabinet on the instruction arrived to the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine on Thursday.
