KIEV, Dec. 27 – National Nuclear Generating Company EnergoAtom by late 2012 will issue 10-year unsecured bonds worth UAH 1.7 billion.

The decision is stipulated in cabinet resolution No. 1062-r of December 26.

According to the document, the interest rate for the bonds is to be no more than 18% per annum (with the right to revise it by the company from the third year of the bonds' circulation). Interest rates will be paid every quarter, starting from March 2013, and the last payment on the interest rates and bonds is scheduled for December 2022.
