KIEV, Dec. 27 – Chairman of the parliamentary committee for freedom of speech and information Mykola Tomenko and MP Oleksandr Bryhynets have registered in parliament a draft law that bans the sale of beer, alcoholic beverages and tobacco in kiosks.

The bill suggests amendments to Article 15-3 of the Law of Ukraine on state regulations on the production and sale of ethyl alcohol, cognac spirits and spirits made of fruits, alcoholic beverages and tobacco in part of limitations on the sale of beer, strong drinks and tobacco, Tomenko's press service said.
