KIEV, Dec. 26 – The policy of the Ukrainian government should be clear to the public, and social protection should be effective, First Deputy Prime Minister and National Bank of Ukraine Governor Serhiy Arbuzov said.

"The main goal, as the head of state said, is a clear government policy and support for vulnerable people so that people understand us, and so that we understand the problems and resolve them in this difficult time," he said, while introducing newly appointed Social Policy Minister Natalia Korolevska on Monday.
