KIEV, Dec. 25 - Kernel-Trade LLC, part of the Ukrainian agrarian group Kernel, has obtained a $170 million credit from a Russian bank.

According to a Kernel Warsaw Stock Exchange statement, the credit agreement was signed on December 21.

The statement says the credit is composed of two tranches, the first of which is $100 million issued for five years and the second $70 million for a year and a half.
