KIEV, Dec. 20 - Ostchem Gas Trading AG, the core business of which will be trading with gas, was registered on December 10 in the Swiss canton Zug, according to a report of the company.

The report says that Dmytro Hlebko was appointed CEO of Ostchem Gas Trading, capitalized at CHF 100,000. Hlebko is also CEO of Austria's Centragas Holding AG and Switzerland's RosUkrEnergo AG.
