ODESSA, Dec. 17 – Odessa City Council at a session on December 21 will consider a program entitled "Energy Efficiency of Odessa for 2013-2015," the realization of which will allow the energy consumption of the city to be cut by 40%.

A draft decision, a copy of which has been sent to Interfax-Ukraine, foresees investment of UAH 787 million, including almost UAH 110 million from the city budget. The rest will be raised from the national budget and private investors.
