KIEV, Dec. 13 - Eco-Optima has completed the construction of the first stage of the Sambir solar power plant (Lviv region) with a capacity of 1.1 MW, company Deputy Director Yaroslav Shpak told Interfax-Ukraine.

"We have completed the construction of the first stage of 1.1 MW. In general, we plan to install facilities of up to 10 MW at the object," he said.

The National Commission for Energy Regulation (NCER), in turn, at a meeting on Thursday issued a license for electricity production to Sambir solar power plant LLC, on which the plant was registered.
