KIEV, Oct. 17 ??“ The Kiev court of appeals has overturned a Sept. 14 Kiev economic court ruling against the canceling of charter flights of Donbasaero Airline from Ukraine to Israel.

The court said it made this decision after considering appeals by AeroSvit and the State Air Service, Interfax-Ukraine reported.
