KIEV, Dec. 10 – An increase in Kiev's subway fare is imminent, although the city's authorities will delay this increase as long as possible, head of Kiev City Administration Oleksandr Popov said, the Segodnya newspaper reported.

"Today an increase in [subway] fares is about to happen, and I will say if we'll manage to delay it when I see the figures," he said.
