KIEV, Nov. 30 - Ukraine on Friday requested a meeting with the president of Gas Natural Fenosa to see if the Spanish energy company is willing to join a $1 billion liquefied natural gas terminal project.

The State Investment and National Projects Management Agency in a letter has requested the meeting with Salvador Gabarro Serra, the president of Gas Natural, the agency reported.
