KIEV, Nov. 29 - Naftogaz Ukrayiny and Smart Maritime Group, which unites shipbuilding and marine assets of Smart-holding, have signed a memorandum on strategic cooperation in the development and restoration of technological fleet of state-run enterprise Chornomornaftogaz (Simferopol), the state holding reported on Thursday.

Under the memo, the sides also agreed to unite efforts in developing the social infrastructure of the regions and creating additional jobs in the oil and gas and shipbuilding sectors.
