LONDON, Oct 14 - Fitch Ratings has assigned Dresdner Bank AG's upcoming issue of limited recourse loan participation notes in favor of Ukraine's Bank Nadra an expected Long-term 'B-' (B minus) rating, the agency said, according to an announcement carried by Interfax-Ukraine.
The notes are to be used solely for financing a loan to Bank Nadra, rated Long-term 'B-'(B minus)/Stable Outlook, Short-term 'B', Support '5' Individual 'D/E') under a loan agreement. The final rating is contingent upon receipt of final documentation conforming materially to information already received.
