LVIV, Nov. 23 – Lviv Regional Council has set up a fact-finding commission to probe into a hostile takeover attempt against the Morshyn mineral water bottling plant, and deputy Taras Verveha has been appointed head of the commission.

The decision was supported by 94 out of 116 deputies. At the next council meeting, the commission is to present information about the situation around the enterprise.
