KIEV, Nov. 21 – The World Bank projects lower economic growth in Ukraine in 2012 than earlier forecast, Senior Economist of the World Bank Representative in Ukraine Ruslan Piontkovsky said at the third Ukrainian Investment Forum: Rethinking the Future in Kiev on Wednesday.
"The final indicators at the end of the year will be lower than those we expected to see a couple of months ago," he said.
He said that the worsening of the forecast for GDP growth in the country could be linked to the impact of unfavorable external factors.
