KIEV, Nov. 16 - Keppel Fels Limited (Singapore) has won a tender announced by Naftogaz Ukrayiny to supply two semi-submersible floating drilling rigs for $1.226 billion.

The tender commission made the decision at a meeting in Kiev on Friday, Interfax Ukraine reported.

Rigas Kugu Buvetava (Latvia), Magic Worldwide LTD and Aida Holding Ltd (both based in Belize) also participated in the tender.
