IVANO-FRANKIVSK, Nov. 14 - Ukraine might have up to 5 trillion cubic meters of unconventional gas reserves, of the International Energy Agency (IEA) Deputy Executive Director Richard Jones said at the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas.

According to Jones, the majority of Ukraine's unconventional gas - over 3 trillion cubic meters - is coalmine methane. Shale gas reserves are estimated at 1.3 trillion cubic meters.
