KIEV, Oct. 13 - Polskie Gornictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (PGNiG) is ready to invest in the extraction of oil and gas in Ukraine and to help the national Naftogaz Ukrainy enter the Polish market, its board chairman Marek Kossowski told the InvestGazeta Ukrainian weekly on Oct. 11.

He said it is still too early to talk of specific drilling sites that could be financed by the Polish company and of the terms of projects. He said Ukraine had offered several projects that are being discussed at present.
