KIEV, Nov. 5 – Ukroboronprom State Concern is considering a procedure of bankruptcy for Malyshev plant, which is part of the concern, as a means to achieve its financial recovery and restoring the enterprise's solvency.

According to the state concern, the opening of bankruptcy proceedings creates certain preferences for the plant as "the charging of fines on debt obligations is suspended, creditor indebtedness, as a rule, is considered towards a reduction, and a moratorium on debt commitments is imposed."
