KIEV, Nov. 5 – Ukraine's Energy and Coal Industry Ministry has asked the government to liquidate state-owned Vuhillia Ukrayiny (Coal of Ukraine) enterprise by the end of 2016, according to a draft cabinet resolution posted on the ministry's Web site.

According to the document, the ministry's task was to develop by August 2012 an algorithm for wholesale coal market operators to meet their financial obligations to Vuhillia Ukrayiny. These obligations should be executed from the fourth quarter of 2012 to the fourth quarter of 2014.
