KIEV, Oct. 12 - Prime Minister Yuriy Yekhanurov said Wednesday at least 10 companies are expected to bid for a 93% stake in Kryvorizhstal, the country's largest steelmaker, at an auction Oct. 24.

"We've got at least 10 contenders in the Kryvorizhstal sell-off," Yekhanurov said, adding that the contenders have submitted applications to an anti-cartel body, a necessary step before bidding for the assets.
