KIEV, Oct. 31 – Ukrecoresources, a state-run enterprise, has launched the Ecopet plant producing polyethylene terephtalate flex, with an annual capacity of 5,000 tons, in Sloviansk, the Donetsk region, the company's press service has reported.

The press service told Interfax-Ukraine that some UAH 30 million has been invested in the creation of the company since 2005. The funds include both investment in property and equipment.
