KIEV, Oct. 31 – The opening of the Gulliver office, shopping complex, earlier known as Esplanada, will take place in Kiev before the end of March 2013, and the investment in the completion of the construction project will reach $30-35 million.

Oleksandr Lebedev, the commercial director of TRI O, which is the owner and investor in the Gulliver multifunctional complex, said: "A small sum is left. I think that $30-35 million will be spent on the opening of the project."

Lebedev did not disclose the total sum of investment in the realization of the project, adding that taking into account the acquisition of the land plot, it was large.
