KIEV, Oct. 12 ??“ With its resolution of Oct. 8, Kiev Economic Court has cancelled the results of the international tender for design and construction of a nuclear fuel waste storage facility in Ukraine, according to which Holtec International (the United States) was named the winner.

The court obliged the tender committee of the national nuclear energy generation company EnergoAtom that conducted the tender to revise its results, the Russian Vedomosti newspaper reported.
