KIEV, Oct. 22 - The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, to overcome the foreign trade deficit in 2013, has proposed that the Economic Ministry, the Finance Ministry, the Justice Ministry and other relevant authorities develop a set of measures to ensure the development of a competitive domestic car industry.

According to the draft document, the economic ministry jointly with the Agricultural Policy and Food Ministry, the Finance Ministry and the Infrastructure Ministry in 2013 are encouraged to implement measures to develop the engineering industry as a whole, create modern machines and equipment for energy, heavy, metallurgical, transport and electrical engineering using modern technologies.
