KIEV, Oct. 17 - The State Property Fund will offer 94.48% of Kharkiv Combined Heat and Power Plant-5 in a privatization auction on November 7.

The privatization auction will offer 279.562 million shares, the State Property Fund told the Vidomosti Pryvatyzatsii newspaper.

The starting price is UAH 329.4 million.

The deadline for bids is October 30 and the cost of participation in the auction is UAH 65.88 million.
