KIEV, Oct. 8 – The state agency for state corporate rights and property management has transferred 100% of the shares in state-run enterprise Titan Ukrainy to the State Property Fund to privatize its assets and liquidate the company, reads a report in the information disclosure system of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market.
Titan Ukrainy holds a 100% stake in state-run Titan (which earlier held a controlling stake in private joint-stock company Crimea Titan) and 100% in public joint-stock company Sumykhimprom.
According to cabinet resolution No. 469-r of July 11, the state stakes in Titan and Sumykhimprom are to be withdrawn from the charter capital of Titan Ukrainy and are to be privatized.
