KIEV, Oct. 9 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny has connected the houses of 242,000 Ukrainians to the gas supply network since the start of this year, providing the installation of gas pipelines to 127 settlements, the state holding reported.

The holding said that as a part of the gas supply connection program drawn up by the holding and a cabinet resolution on the extension of pipelines, the company by late 2012 plans to connect another 108 settlements to gas pipelines, providing gas supplies to another 84,000 houses.
