KIEV, Oct. 10 - The Industrial Union of Donbas (IUD) Corporation (Donetsk), and the world's second biggest steel producer Arcelor SA (Luxemburg) are preparing to jointly bid for a 93.02% stake in Kryvorizhstal, Ukraine's largest steel mill.

The IUD is not ready yet to make any comments on the two companies' participation in the tender, Interfax-Ukraine learned from Oleksandr Pylypenko, vice president of Kiev-based Industrial Group (IG), which manages the IUD's assets.
