KIEV, Oct. 1 - Asia-Europe Gas Terminal (AEGT) has launched a liquefied gas handling terminal with a capacity of 1 million tons a year in Kerch.
"The terminal will provide handling services for liquefied gas from railway tankers, for further transport by sea to European countries and Turkey," the Crimean Republican Committee on Transport and Communications said in a statement.
The terminal is comprised of a pier for pouring liquefied petroleum gases (LPG) into liquefied gas tankers with carrying capacity of up to 5,000 tons, an LPG storage base, a laboratory, a gas mixing station and railroad infrastructure.
