KIEV, Sept. 28 – Ukrainian meat and dairy producers that are to have exports of their products to the markets of the Custom Union states restricted starting October 4 say they have yet to obtain official notification from Rosselkhoznadzor about the reasons for the restrictions.

"There have been no official notifications… All of the information has been published only in media reports or on the Web site of Rosselkhoznadzor in a short letter, which clarifies absolutely nothing," the director for public relations at public joint-stock company Bel Shostka Ukraine (Sumy region), Natalia Fesiun, told Interfax-Ukraine on September 27, 2012.

She said that the company sent an official letter to Rosselkhoznadzor to the head of the body, Sergei Dankvert, with a request that he clarify the situation.
