KIEV, Sept. 27 - Nibulon agricultural enterprise, one of the largest producers and exporters of grain in Ukraine, is holding an open tender on the reconstruction of Liman shipyard (both based in Mykolaiv).

The company is currently in talks with several design companies. Among them is South Korea's Kemco, whose leadership on September 21 visited the main transshipment terminal and the shipyard.
