NEW YORK, Sept. 26 – Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych had a brief conversation with United States President Barack Obama at the U.S. president's reception on the occasion of the opening of the 67th Session of the General Assembly of the United Nations in New York on Monday.

"There was a ceremony of photographing with President Obama, and during that meeting we had a brief conversation," Yanukovych told Ukrainian journalists in New York on Tuesday.
