KIEV, Sept. 26 – The State Railway Administration (Ukrzaliznytsia) has submitted a draft plan for capital investment in 2013 to the Cabinet of Ministers in which the administration proposes to spend UAH 8.66 billion from the national and local budgets to buy rolling stock for passenger transportation.

Ukrzaliznytsia said that it proposed to buy 200 second class cars, 41 cars for carrying people with disabilities, seven specialized technical cars, two interregional trains, 22 rail buses and 53 electric trains using the budget funds.
