KIEV, Sept. 25 - Ukraine accumulated 18.3 billion cubic meters of natural gas in its underground gas storage facilities as of September 22, the state-owned gas shipping monopoly UkrTransGaz reported Tuesday.

Ukraine plans to accumulate about 21 billion cu m of gas by October 15, the same amount that was collected a year ago, to survive the upcoming winter, according to the energy and coal industry ministry.
