KIEV, Sept. 20 – Parliament has removed discrepancies in Ukrainian law regarding the rights of investors participating in Product Sharing Agreements (PSAs) to freely use products extracted and allocated in proportion to the share of investors.

A total of 233 lawmakers supported draft law No. 11213 on amendments to some Ukrainian laws regarding PSAs. The law additionally stipulates the rights of investors participating in PSAs to sell products extracted at free prices that are not regulated by the state.
