KIEV, Sept. 17 – The video surveillance system at election wards during the October parliamentary election vote count will record the process, but not broadcast it live.

This is stipulated in an order on video surveillance at the voting stations, and access and control over the functioning of this system, which was approved by the Central Election Commission.
