KIEV, Sept. 17 - Ukraine plans to stop imports of Russian natural gas within the next 15 years by developing domestic energy deposits, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said.

“We have set a task for ourselves that within the next 15 years Ukraine should completely meet its demand in natural gas with its own sources,” Azarov said over the weekend while addressing an international conference in Yalta.
